Hi, I’m Sharlet Boelter,
I started my hygiene career with Wayne in 1980 after graduating from the University of Minnesota. Wayne was also my orthodontist before I started working for him. I live in my childhood home with my husband, Scott and our two gold doodles, George and Gracie.
Scott and I have two children. Ashley a St. Olaf graduate and husband Andy. Ashley is a critical trauma ISU nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester and Andy is a police officer in Owatonna. They make their home in Maple Island, MN with their two puppies. Adam is a UNI and Riverland student pursuing a business degree. He works in sales in Rochester.

Hi! I’m Donna. I’ve been a part of this team since 1967. I’m the lab specialist and I make all those wonderful removable appliances and retainers that are a part of this whole process.
I have attended classes in Mankato to become a Registered Dental Assistant. Further training in San Francisco, California and Buffalo, New York has helped me in becoming proficient at making these appliances. And of course, I always have Wayne and John’s expertise at close hand.
I have two children, Chet and Holly; and three handsome grandsons, Gabriel, Noah, Paul and one beautiful grand-daughter, Ellie. They just happen to be the light in their grandma’s eye. I enjoy music, yard work and spending time with my family and grandchildren.
Thanks for making us a part of your life.

Welcome, I’m Gayle Neist. My husband and I have three children and we are blessed with three grandchildren.
I joined Wayne and John’s practice in January of 1988, after working 8 ½ years in physical therapy. I have experienced the rewards and outcomes that orthodontics can bring to one’s life. I’m excited to share your process with you.
Family, music and sports fill my spare time, along with short-term mission work to northern Canada, West Indies, and Honduras.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

Originally, I’m from Bloomington and graduated from Jefferson High School. After attending St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota, I graduated in 1980 in the areas of Business and Radiologic (x-ray) Technology. I worked in a private practice, ear-nose throat and plastic surgeon specialists for two years.

Hi! I’m Vicki Hartmann. I started working for the Team in April of 1988. I live in Fairmont and travel between the Fairmont and Albert Lea offices. This job has blessed me with wonderful teammates to work with. They are family. I graduated from Fairmont High School and then Canby Vocational for dental assisting. For a period of time, I lived in the Twin Cities before my “heart” brought me back to Fairmont again. I have been an assistant for general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and now orthodontics. It’s fun and rewarding to help create beautiful, healthy smiles.
Together with my husband, we enjoy time with our families, pets, boating, fishing, and being outdoors. Welcome to our orthodontic family! Enjoy!
