Meet Dr. Augusta
Dr. Augusta Acquaah is passionate about creating beautiful, confident smiles for patients of all ages through personalized, compassionate care. She offers a full range of orthodontic treatments, including traditional braces, clear aligners, and early interceptive care, using the latest technology and evidence-based techniques. Her focus is on making every visit comfortable, efficient, and positive, so patients leave with smiles they’re proud to share.
Dr. Augusta earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Mount Holyoke College and began her career as a process engineer in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, where she developed a strong foundation in precision, innovation, and patient safety. She went on to receive her DMD from the University of Pennsylvania and completed her orthodontic residency and Master of Dental Science at the University of Tennessee. She is board-certified and a proud member of the American Board of Orthodontics, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Zumbro Valley Dental Society.
Before moving to Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Augusta practiced in Oklahoma City and now enjoys serving Rochester and neighboring communities. She lives locally with her husband, Emmanuel, and their son, Kojo. Outside the office, she loves traveling, biking, and spending quality time with her family, bringing the same warmth and energy to her patients that she enjoys in her everyday life.
