You should rinse your retainer in cold water when you put it in or take it out. Clean it gently with a soft-bristled toothbrush before each day using cool water. We will also give a solution that you should use to clean your retainer. When you are not wearing your retainer, it should be kept in the case you will receive from Orthodontic Health Center. It is a good idea to keep your container in your backpack, purse, briefcase or pocket since retainers are expensive to replace!
